Healthy Cooking-Herbs


Cooking- Don’t be intimidated by fresh herbs. Not only do they taste better when a recipe calls for that particular ingredient (remember fresh is more potent), but they can really top off  a dish visually and yes, you can eat this topping!  If you have any left over, chop it up and throw it in a salad with an oil and vinegar based dressing. Healthy and tasty!
