Healthy Cooking-Yes, you CAN bake like a pro


Here’s a couple baking tips I learned from the pro’s. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop everything from shortening and peanut butter to cookie dough. Find the one with a lever you push.  It scrapes the entire inside edge of the scoop. Second, there’s no need to grease the cake pan or cookie sheet. Buy a roll of parchment paper and use it for lining. Baked goods hold their shape better and are apt to not burn.
