Healthy Cooking-The 411 (or 911) on holiday dieting

Ok, one of my blog fans asked me to succinctly summarize what food items she could eat during the holidays that would help her to shed pounds or at least maintain her current weight. So after much research here’s the skinny on it.. Mushrooms (replaces meat), Eggs (filling), Apples (fiber), Soup (curbs appetite), Hot Chili Peppers (promotes less eating), Green Tea (increases metabolism), Beans (slows digestion), Pears, (fiber), Cinnamon (curbs post-meal insulin spikes).
